Winter Smoking Sucks

Concept-led campaign imagery created for Thrive Gum highlighting the discomfort smokers endure during winter. Each image exaggerates familiar smoking scenarios, transforming everyday moments into frozen environments to visualize the idea that smoking in winter simply sucks.

The campaign was produced as a series of constructed photographic scenes combining studio lighting, atmospheric effects and compositing. By pushing recognizable situations to absurd extremes — smoking while driving with the window down, or standing in a designated smoking area outside — the imagery turns an everyday inconvenience into a memorable visual metaphor.

The resulting images were developed as campaign assets promoting Thrive nicotine gum, appearing on drug store retail displays and large-format billboards.
